Jusson reported to me for about a year and a half. I found him to be a very detail oriented, proactive team lead with a great work ethic and tremendous ownership. Jusson's communication to the teams he led were very clear and concise. He is diligent in making sure everyone understands the tasks they are responsible for, when they are due, and following up on status. When road blocks arise, Jusson handles them well, first trying to attack the issue with the team and asking for help/guidance if/as needed. I knew if I assigned a task to Jusson it would get done correctly, that I'd be regularly updated on status, and it would be completed in a timely manner. Jusson is also a good problem solver, very methodical in his trouble shooting approaches. On top of all that, he's a fun guy to work with!

The Supply Chain group worked with Jusson on several important projects including outsourcing a critical subassembly to a 3rd party supplier. Jusson demonstrated outstanding project management, technical leadership and willingness to do what it takes to get the project done while maintaining uninterrupted supply to end customers.
