Founder and President

Stanley Siu has worked and consulted for various Fortune 500 companies in the Bay Area's high tech industry for over 14 years, winning company awards for outstanding technical achievement. His fields of expertise include data acquisition and sensor systems, statistical process control for medical device and semiconductor manufacturing, stress and fatigue failure analysis for medical devices, thin-film solar panel processing, and batteries for electric vehicles.

Stanley received his engineering degrees in Materials Science Engineering and Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley where he also earned his M.S. and Ph.D. in Materials Science Engineering. While at Berkeley, he received the prestigious national award, the Dow Memorial Graduate Student Achievement Award, from The Electrochemical Society. He holds 7 patents and has more than 15 published scientific papers and abstracts to his credit.

Jusson Koo
Senior Partner

Jusson Koo joined S&V Siu Associates as a senior partner in 2008. He has over 17 years of experience in project management and operations across the medical device, supercomputer, and automotive industries. Jusson has held both lead and supporting roles in product launches from concept to volume production at various Fortune 500 companies. Using his background in Six Sigma Black Belt, Toyota Production System (lean manufacturing), and DFM (Design for Manufacturing), he has successfully developed systematic tools and processes that span across business groups for these companies. Jusson received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly State University, San Luis Obispo.
